1. Made-to-Order Products
All items are printed on demand. Production begins shortly after purchase, so changes or cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order.

2. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary by product and destination. Once an order has shipped, delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.

3. Returns & Replacements
Because each item is made just for you, we only accept returns or replacements for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist.
